Resolution: If your claim is approved, we will work with you to find the best solution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund. We reserve the right to request the return of the damaged item or additional information, if necessary, to process the claim.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items may not be eligible for returns or exchanges due to their nature, such as personalized or custom-made products. Please review the product description carefully before making a purchase.
Shipping Costs: In the event of a valid claim, you will be required to cover the shipping costs associated with the return or exchange of the damaged product. However, please note that any additional shipping costs incurred due to changes in the delivery address or other factors not attributable to our error will also be the responsibility of the customer.
